Protestant Church in Ormeni\u0219 – a medieval gem in danger!<\/p>\n

In November 2016, the Ormeni\u0219 church was badly affected by burglary and vandalism: Window panes destroyed, locks and doors broken open and parts of the organ damaged.
\nFather Johannes Halmen is sad but not ready to give up the church and the small community.<\/p>\n

The inconspicuous fortified church of Ormeni\u0219 lies somewhat forgotten in a side valley of the T\u00e2rnava Mic\u0103. Besides the organ from the 19th century and the baroque altar, it also contains wall paintings and inscriptions.<\/p>\n
